that's what it's stating part of this is because of the mmiw legislation staton that travel jurisdiction does go outside of the reservation and that tribal Police can arrest non-natives, that or get off the land prisons are no longer sufficient and are no longer considered solving a territories deportation or just - ice is implied

Multiple nations, two perspectives; one land. If a nation can't defend it's borders, how long can it survive? Which nation is operating within which nation? I heard what I thought was more of a narrative being pushed to keep it alive vs a nearly unachievable outcome. Even the defense of our borders is subject to the laws of another nation? Our ability to govern our little bit of turtle Island is subject to another government? I don't see how it could work without full authority to govern. Then there's the flip side. Doesn't this issue arise with other border nations? How is that managed? I have to question if it was intended to work out. These are my thoughts. These…
